Been there twice, first time was getting kid-oriented options (cookies, pop tart, cinnamon roll). Second time was scones for the adults. Both times were equally amazing. Delicious baked goods, love the cozy/neighborhood vibes, the owner seems to know everyone who comes in. New favorite Saturday morning spot!

Absolute best bakery in Lincoln. It's a nice little hidden gem. Not only are the deserts some of the best I've had anywhere, the owner is one of the nicest people. She takes the time to strike up converations with each of her customers as they come to the counter. She has an excellent variety of treats, and even some vegan options. Best scones and puppy chow hands down. I've recently lost almost 150 pounds, and once a month I allow myself a free day to treat myself somewhere. This place has been my go to spot the last two months and worth every calorie. I'm very selective about where I go on these days, so that says a lot about this little bakery. I plan on visiting many times in the future for sure!

Gratitude has become a staple of my weekends! Literally everything Kat makes is pure magic. Favorites so far include the autumn quiche and the pecan rolls! Also love that there are always gluten free and vegan options for people that have food sensitivities/dietary restrictions. Love this place!

Kat was very accommodating to let me pick up my cake order after her usual business hours. OMG her Kitchen Sink Carrot Cake is big, tall, beautiful and delicious! I've been wanting a carrot cake with carrot, nuts, spices, coconut in every bite, and this is IT! I will definitely come back for my future cake orders. Thanks Kat!

We hired Gratitude for our wedding! And let me tell you first hand, BEST. DECISION. EVER. Kat is such an amazing person with a warm and welcoming energy, and was such a joy to work with. We came in with just some ideas and she made it happen!! We ordered several dozen cupcakes which included funfetti, chocolate covered strawberry, snickerdoodle, and carrot. For most people the dessert is just part of the day and you have a little slice of cake and move on, but Kat made the dessert an experience and talking point of all of our guests. I had several people coming up to me throughout the night RAVING about whatever flavor they tried most recently. And other people joining in on splitting a flavor they hadn’t had since they had already eaten 3 and “If I eat a whole other one I’m going to explode”. My personal favorites were the snickerdoodle, and chocolate covered strawberry!!! She even made all of this happen on our wedding which is a Saturday, and the only day she currently has the bakery open. These people ROCK!! Many thanks to Kat and team for making our wedding, and cupcakes something worth remembering forever ❤️

The sweetest little vegan-friendly bakery with the kindest owner! The owner actually asked if I was vegan when I asked what she had on the menu for vegans, and when I said yes, she was incredibly kind and thoughtful about it. She even told me that if I ever craved something specific, I could email her and she’d try to add it to the weekly menu—how amazing is that? These days, being vegan can sometimes come with judgment or weird looks, but not here. She made me feel totally welcome and respected. I’ll definitely be coming back often for her heavenly pastries and that warm, inclusive vibe. I wish she was open more often💚

One the most caring, thoughtful, and talented bakers owns this little gem on the corner. Her case of goodies is full of tasty treats including scones, cakes, cinnamon rolls, tarts, cookies, brownies, etc. If you're lucky enough to join in on one the live music nights, you can also choose from the daily vegetarian specials on her board....last night was lasagna with greens for me and lentil soup with the best focaccia bread for my hubby. Don't hesitate to order the pie ala mode...it is AWESOME! Wines and other alcoholic beverages are available along with sodas, teas and coffee. We always feel so welcome and appreciate the hospitality we enjoy here.

I recently ordered some brownies and bars from Gratitude Cafe and Bakery to be delivered. The treats were amazing and the service from beginning to end was next level. And to top it off the owner, Kat, is one of the nicest people you'll ever run into. Absolutely a great experience! 5 stars are not enough.

The best bakery in all the land. My mom and I especially love the savory pastries and soups, but almost every other item we've tried has been delicious, too. Five stars for top-notch baked goods, and another five stars for the loveliest baker and owner, Kat. 💖

First off the women working at Gratitude was the most welcoming human ever. There were two people ahead of me and one person behind me and I think she greeted all of them by name omg. I asked out loud for recommendations for a first timer and the other customers steered me towards the coffee cake and the apple galette. Apple galette is quite nice. Variety of textures with the crispy crust/shell and then the softer cooked apples in the inside. Great if you want an apple tasting treat without an overwhelming "apple spice" flavor. Not overloaded with sugar either. Coffee cake is a lot sweeter, more of the standard sugar rush dessert with coffee flavor. The texture though is fantastic. Brown and crisp in the top and sides but super moist all the rest of the way through. (Picture taken after I got home)
